Linda E. Johnson
A Curtis trustee since 2016, Linda E. Johnson is president and CEO of Brooklyn Public Library, one of the largest publicly-funded civic institutions in New York City. Though she now resides in New York, Ms. Johnson has deep ties to the Philadelphia community, previously serving as president and CEO of the National Constitution Center and CEO of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. In addition to her service as a trustee of Curtis, she sits on the executive committees of Hamilton College and Sing for Hope and is an advisory director on the board of the Metropolitan Opera. Ms. Johnson is a collector of contemporary art, contemporary craft, and early American folk art.
