Judith Freyer
Judy Freyer is the chief investment officer emeritus of the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). She received her undergraduate degree from Manhattanville College, a M.A. in Economic History from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Boston University. She was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow in history and economics and is a CFA charter holder. Ms. Freyer
currently serves on the Curtis Institute of Music’s investment, audit, and finance committees. She serves on not-for-profit investment committees and boards, including the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia; The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art; Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania; Lantern Theater; The Library Company of Philadelphia; Ministers and Missionaries
Benefit Board (MMBB) of the American Baptist Churches USA; and the William Penn Foundation investment committee. Ms. Freyer and her husband Chuck are the parents of two adult children and one granddaughter.
