Connie McCann

Connie McCann serves on Spencer Stuart’s global board of directors and is a senior member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice, focusing on board, CEO, and C-suite search and advisory projects. She brings over 40 years of experience in financial services, as both an executive and a key advisor. Her clients include large multinational, midcap, and emerging financial institutions as well as FinTech companies. Outside of Spencer Stuart, Ms. McCann is active with Wesleyan University, where she graduated with a B.A. in economics and served as a vice chairman of the board of trustees. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. A former aspiring professional oboist, Ms. McCann studied with several Curtis alumni while growing up in Philadelphia and at music festivals throughout the United States. She feels privileged to serve on the Curtis board of trustees as a lifelong devotee of classical music.
