C. Richard Neu
C. Richard Neu is an economist, educated at the California Institute of Technology and Harvard University. He spent most of his career pursuing policy-related research at the RAND Corporation but with episodes of service in the U.S. federal government. At various times, he has enjoyed foreign postings to the Netherlands, Qatar, and Mexico. He began choral singing as a schoolboy and continued the amateur pursuit of choral and chamber singing throughout his adult life. In recent years, he has worked at building databases relating to the programming and finances of major symphony orchestras. Dr. Neu lives in Los Angeles, California. He has served as a Curtis trustee since 2017.
