Curtis’s senior vice president of digital strategy and innovation, executive director of the performance innovation lab, and Field-McFadden Chair in digital studies discusses the unveiling of a new brand redesign for the school to align with its historic centennial season ahead.

In collaboration with Sametz Blackstone Associates and Prescott & Associates, some 1,300 people—alumni, parents, donors, faculty, students, staff, presenters, and audience members—were engaged to understand how the school is valued and perceived today. As part of the rebranding process, Curtis developed a new visual system with preeminent design firm Pentagram. Now, after 18 months of research, development, and design, Curtis is proud to share a new visual identity and messaging that communicates the artistic excellence of the school.
