About the Performers

Carson Ling-Efird, from Seattle, a student of Gary Hoffman and Peter Wiley, is the Arthur and Hilda Stander Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.   

Fátima Landa Velázquez, from Xalapa, Mexico, a student of Katherine Needleman and Philippe Tondre, is a Curtis Institute of Music Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.   

Serena Wang, from San Francisco, Cali., a student of Robert McDonald, is the Dr. Samuel R. and Mrs. Beatrice S. Rossman Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.    

Jingheng Zhang, from Beijing, a student of Shmuel Ashkenasi, is a Curtis Institute of Music Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.
