Andrew Jacobs
Andrew Jacobs (Composition, ’93) has been a Curtis trustee since 2017. Mr. Jacobs is currently a partner in the investment funds group of Kirkland & Ellis. He has previously held senior positions at buy-side financial institutions including Jamison Capital Partners, Millennium Management, and a single-family office; was a commercial bankruptcy lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; and served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas L. Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After attending Curtis, Mr. Jacobs earned a B.A. in music from Harvard University in 1997 and received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002. Mr. Jacobs was excited to join the Curtis board to contribute to, and re-engage with, an organization that trained and mentored him many years ago. He and his wife, Kathy Park, and children reside in Manhattan.
